Frank Dragoni has been President & Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2005. Frank founded YFC after eleven years in both the automobile lending and commercial banking industries.

Frank comes to YFC directly from Marlton Auto Credit where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales from 2003-2007. During his tenure there, Frank originated an entire automobile lending department. This department quickly grew to 13 million in active loans. Frank�s amazing contribution came as a result of innovative strategies and profitable personal relationships.

Through Frank�s personal relationships with companies such as Car Financial, Peoples Credit Corp, Mariner Finance, and Nova Savings Bank and hundreds of independent and franchise dealerships, the auto division at YFC has grown 600% in 3 years; with an average net profit of 39% per year.
