    Melissa comes to YFC with eight years in the sub-prime auto lending industry. Melissa has experiences in all facets of the lending industry. In Melissa's eight years in the industry she has held positions from head collector to funding manager. Melissa's consistent promotions are a result of her aggressive collection style and efficient work ethic.
    Melissa was integral in the implementation of many new strategies at Interstate Net Bank. These strategies resulted in decreased delinquencies and increased portfolio returns. Melissa is fluent in Spanish, a skill that has given her a competitive collection edge.
